  • Geral Registration 

Everyone  on VI WCDANM (Students, Regular Participant, Session/Symposium Organizer and Accompanying Person) have to fill out the Geral Application Form with the template  available at the “SUBMISSION” tab for the communication and/or poster and sent by email to viwcdanm@ubi.pt, until June 5th, 2019, with the subject VIWCDANM_Registration_Template

  • Organizer Session/Symposium Registration 

The organizer Session/Symposium have to fill out the Organizer Application Form with all the requested information and sent by email to viwcdanm@ubi.pt, until June 5th, 2019, with the subject VIWCDANM_Session/Symposium_Registration.

  • Fees
until May 31st after May 31st
  Students 50€ + 20€
  Regular Participant 100€
  Session/Symposium Organizer* 50€
  Accompanying Person 50€

Note: The fees include: Friday lunch and conference dinner, Saturday lunch, coffee breaks and social program.

*Only one organizer per Session/Symposium and at least 4 speakers (organizer included).

After notification of acceptance, the payment of the fee must be done by bank transference to UNIVERSIDADE DA BEIRA INTERIOR
